Creative Host Services Signs Deal with Silver Diner

San Diego, CA (PRWeb) February 14, 2007 -- Creative Host Services has agreed to an exclusive deal to operate Silver Diner Restaurants in US airports.

Silver Diner, which owns and operates 15 restaurants throughout the US Mid-Atlantic region, currently turns over $50m per year. It is the largest chain of diners in the country and the highest volume with street side sales approaching $1,000 per sq. ft.

The unique and highly differentiated brand focuses on "Authentic American Classics" updated with contemporary alternatives, served within the nostalgic and upmarket environment of a real diner. Featuring authentically branded décor and service style, its hospitality is renowned as "contagiously friendly". Silver Diner offers a traditional selection of states-style foods, including burgers, fries, meat loaf, steaks, and shakes as well as a full bar component. Also on the menu are freshly prepared "All Day Breakfast" which are ideally suited to dining habits and irregular hours of airport customers.

The Silver Diner concept has been especially adapted for the airport environment. Airport units will feature design modifications such as wider aisles, luggage racks and LCD flight monitors throughout the restaurant, while a ten minute table service meal guarantee will mean that the concept is well suited to the needs of the time-pressed traveler.

With over ten years of experience in the take-away business, Silver Diner will also offer a range of elegantly packaged foods which are freshly prepared on the premises for convenient 'on-plane' dining. These will include panini grilled sandwiches and old-fashioned hand-dipped milkshakes to-go.
