Career Coach and Author of the First Books on Career Contentment, Jeff Garton to Host Business Channel Radio Show on the VoiceAmerica Network

Jeff Garton is a career coach and author whose career has been devoted to the discovery of practical solutions to combat prolonged unemployment and job dissatisfaction. His efforts have produced the first book and learning materials that help people to recognize their "career contentment," a term Jeff originated following the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Jeff's career is specialized in Human Resources with the Philip Morris Companies where he led the Global Staffing for Kraft Foods and the Miller Brewing Company.

Career Contentment Radio began airing August 16, 2007. The objective of this program is to teach you how to have and enjoy the career you desire despite the inevitable job dissatisfactions. To accomplish this, Jeff has scheduled some of the world's leading experts as interview guests to help build understanding and insight on the new topic of career contentment.

Jeff's first guest was Chris Peterson one of the world's most-frequently cited psychologists during the past 20 years. Chris is a co-founder of Positive Psychology and one of this field's principle leaders. He is Professor of Psychology at the University of Michigan, board member to the Gallup Organization's Positive Psychology Institute and consulting editor to the Journal of Positive Psychology and Oxford University Press.
